Amy Morrison is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Wellness Consultant who specializes in educating others about the nervous system. When Amy works with her clients she focuses on a holistic model of health and wellness that integrates breath work, mindfulness, physical fitness, and mental health. She envisions a world where anyone can get the help they need to experience the best version of themselves.

Christina Cooley  

Christina is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), neurofeedback technician, researcher and fitness instructor who is passionate about the brain-body connection. She loves to journey alongside others, courageously engaging honest reflection and exploring how to utilize pain and past experiences in a way that leads to growth and healing. Her goal is to create a safe space where we can embrace our authentic selves, heal, gain helpful tools, and write a story with our lives that we are excited about.

The program is six modules long. We will operate at one module per week but you get to decide your pace! You will not be rushed. When you purchase the program you will have lifetime access to it.

Right now we have it priced at $397. This price will go up in future iterations of the program but we are excited to offer it at this price for you this go-round! There are scholarships available. 

Yes! You have the option to add on a 90 minute coaching call regarding the content and how it relates to your personal growth. The call will be recorded and you will receive 30 days of accountability after our call. You will need to contact us for pricing options.
